Return & Refund Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only. We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at shadyandsteelco@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 5-day window
- Sale or discounted items
