Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

• 🇨🇦 Canada: 10–15 business days from order date
• 🇺🇸 United States: 7–13 business days from order date

Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can add additional time.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Duties & Taxes For Canadian customers, applicable taxes are included at checkout. US customers may be subject to import duties depending on their state — these are collected at checkout where applicable.
